If we are unable to deliver to you within two (2) weeks of receiving your order, we will 1) Issue a Voucher certificate to you for that product;  
2) Discount the product price by 10%;    3) Along with Voucher, you will receive the Pillow Pad(s) and any bonus product.

YOUR 90-DAY MAGNE-SLEEP UNDERLAY GUARANTEE
Magne-Sleep magnetic underlays have a 90-day right of return guarantee, valid from the date of your purchase.
This allows for the refund of the purchase price as paid by you (less a $20 packing & handling charge) and requires correct use of the Magne-Sleep for a minimum period of sixty (60) days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE THIS SIXTY DAY PERIOD HAS ELAPSED.
The guarantee does not cover product damage caused by mistreatment or misuse on your part, nor does it cover products other than Magne-Sleep underlays. If you return a Magne-Sleep under the terms of this guarantee, it must be accompanied by your Tax Invoice / Statement. Should you not provide this, your refund will be subject to a $25 administration fee. No refund can be issued without valid proof of purchase.
Please note that to validate your guarantee any Free-With-Purchase (FWP) or Bonus products must be returned or these products will be charged to you at full price.
